Human Rights Principles

"Under the vision of 'A Global Leader driving change for a Happy Future,' AJU Corporation is committed to respecting and promoting human rights as a company committed to mutual prosperity with all stakeholders, including its executives and employees, across all business activities.

Accordingly, we proclaim our Human Rights Management Declaration, which incorporates national laws related to human rights protection, as well as international principles on human rights such as the 'UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR)', 'UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNGPs)' and the ' International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration,' and pledge our commitment to its implementation."

    Respect and support international standards and norms, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that uphold the values of human rights, labor, and the environment.

  • 02.

    Prohibit all forms of discrimination based on disability, gender, race, religion, age, nationality, or place of birth, and respect individual diversity among employees and stakeholders.

  • 03.

    Protect the privacy and personal information of employees, and prohibit any form of coercion, abuse, or unfair treatment, whether mental or physical.

  • 04.

    Prohibit forced and child labor, and comply with all labor principles recommended by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and ratified by national governments, including those related to health, safety, and working hours.

    Respect national labor laws where the Human Rights Charter applies, and ensure that all employees are given sufficient opportunities for communication.

  • 06.

    Identify and assess potential hazards in advance, and establish preventive measures and follow-up support to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees and stakeholders.

  • 07.

    Refrain from infringing upon the living environment, health, or safety of local communities where business activities take place, and cooperate in activities that promote human rights protection.

  • 08.

    Safeguard customers’ lives, health, and property in the course of business operations, and protect any personal information collected during business activities.

  • 09.

    Build ethical and responsible business relationships with key partners, and support and cooperate with them to uphold human rights protection.

  • 10.

    Comply with environmental laws and regulations, including constitutional principles on the environment and ecology, and strive to systematically identify, evaluate, manage, and improve environmental risks.
