ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
AJU Corporation strives to achieve zero accidents across all its business sites, promote the mental and physical well-being of its employees, and prevent occupational illnesses.
To support this, the company established an integrated management policy covering quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. AJU Corporation implemented the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in 2011, and since 2018 has transitioned to the international ISO 45001 standard, expanding certification and implementation across all business sites.
By applying and internalizing the occupational health and safety management system within company operations, AJU ensures the creation of safe working environments at all of its facilities.

AJU Corporation places the safety of its employees as its top management priority and is committed to implementing a robust occupational health and safety management system.
To embed safety and health practices across the organization, the company has established a dedicated safety organization, conducts risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, allocates and executes appropriate safety and health budgets, provides comprehensive training for all employees, carries out emergency response drills, manages contractor safety, and ensures regular inspections and improvements.
Through these measures, AJU fulfills its duty to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.In addition, initiatives such as the safety suggestion program and the monthly Safety Inspection Day foster a strong safety culture, creating a healthy and secure working environment for all.

Warm Winter Campaign with underprivileged families
Love's Flint
Since its launch in 2005, Love's Flint has been Aju's ongoing social contribution program, delivering coal briquettes and heating oil to marginalized low-income households across Korea—including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, and Jeju. Every year, around 100 Aju volunteers support the campaign by providing approximately 50,000 briquettes and 5,000 liters of heating oil, helping underserved communities stay warm during the cold winter months.

Nurturing Hope for Children and Youth Worldwide
Truly Happy Global Village
The Truly Happy Global Village initiative supports children and adolescents in countries with poor educational environments, helping them pursue their dreams and build brighter futures.
Each year, around 20 employees participate in overseas volunteer activities, mainly in Southeast Asia, to improve educational conditions for children and youth.
In collaboration with local communities in Vietnam and Cambodia, AJU has undertaken various projects such as renovating school facilities, opening libraries, planting fruit trees, installing wells, and painting deteriorated school walls. Through these efforts, AJU delivers hope and encouragement, creating opportunities for children to grow in a safer and more supportive environment.
